What You Will Do
- Support organizational transformation initiatives for our government client in a highly client-facing role
- Work directly with government stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Facilitate communication between clients and project teams
- Support the successful adoption of new processes and solutions
- Coordinate change management activities
- Develop communications and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Facilitate meetings and workshops
- Track project progress using Microsoft 365 tools
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational effectiveness
What You Will Need
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree
- THREE (3) or more years' experience in business analytics, communications, change management, or strategy
What Would Be Nice To Have
- Experience with law enforcement
- Experience supporting training efforts through the review and updating of curriculum, supporting logistics and planning and overall training program needs
- Experience leading process improvement and automation efforts to develop new tools/processes in a law enforcement environment
