About the role
The Change Management Analyst supports client projects by helping plan and execute strategies that ensure successful adoption of organizational and technology changes. The role focuses on minimizing employee resistance and maximizing engagement through structured change plans, communication, training, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Assists in developing and executing change management strategies, including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support.
- Helps create detailed plans (e.g., communication, training, readiness, and resistance management) tailored to impacted teams.
- Tracks and measures adoption, engagement, and project success using data and reporting.
- Collaborates with leaders, SMEs, and project teams to support change activities, improve processes, and ensure readiness.
- Develops communication materials and supports change champions and employee experience initiatives.
- Ensures all change activities are completed on time and aligned with project goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of change management experience (technology or large-scale change preferred).
- Strong understanding of change methodologies, project management, and business process improvement.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office, SharePoint, survey platforms, and content creation tools.
- Utility Industry experience preferred.
