Process Technician- Off Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for an individual with 5+ years of prior two-shot injection molding processing experience and technical training to join our team at the Duncan, SC location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Scrap Rates for assigned presses
• Monitor actual cycle times / efficiency
• Upkeep of Process Parameter sheets (Info to Engineer)
• Aid in Mold changes (team with Setup Technicians)
• Identify and report problems (Press / Robot / EOAT)
• Logbook Entry / Shift Issue Passing Down
• Keep Machines clean (Purge / Pellets / Parts & Runners in press / etc.)
• Identify and document Root Cause at each press stoppage (accurate data)
• Clean assigned tooling area (each shift)
• Train Setup on process and proper startup of presses / tools
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
• Must be able to climb in and out of machines; strenuous work
• Must be able to work at various heights; climbing ladders
• High School Diploma / GED
