About the role
When the line goes down, you’re the one they call. We’re hiring Process Technicians to support a growing, high-volume manufacturing operation with new equipment coming online. This is not a sit-back-and-watch role—this is for someone who thrives in the action, diagnosing issues, fixing problems fast, and keeping production moving.
Responsibilities
- Walk into shift, get the handoff, and hit the floor running
- Be the “firefighter” when machines go down. Diagnose and fix fast
- Set up and change over equipment to keep production flowing
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
- Track downtime and help eliminate recurring problems
- Perform preventative maintenance (TPM)
- Work side-by-side with operators and engineering teams
Requirements
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (this is #1)
- Experience with equipment setup, changeovers, or maintenance
- Proven ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure
- Background in a manufacturing or production environment
- Basic electrical knowledge (multimeter, motors, sensors, etc.)
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or higher in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical support environment
- Demonstrated experience with mechanical troubleshooting and equipment setup
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (e.g., multimeter usage, motors, sensors)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
