Process Technician Level II

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to team members
• Perform mold setting, 5S, and Lean manufacturing practices
• Troubleshoot and diagnose injection molding processes to maintain quality standards
• Perform corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and assembly equipment
• Operate auxiliary equipment such as dryers, hoppers, color mixers, loaders, and robots
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the production floor to assist supervisors, leads, and mentor team members
• Collaborate with Process Engineers to execute capability improvements and cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing (required)
• 2+ years of experience in plastics injection molding (required)
• Ability to commute or relocate to Belmont, MI 49306 before starting work (required)
