Process Technician II

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies, safe work practices, prevent injury to yourself and other associates
• Report any unsafe work condition or any work related injury to your supervisor immediately
• Walk job - look for chokes, breakdowns or flags. Make repairs as needed
• Check all machinery for quality or production problems
• Help clean spindles
• Help size bobbins on spinning frames
• Change travelers when needed
• Fix flags when needed/maintenance
• Replace belts as needed
• Replace bobbin hangers

Requirements

• Previous experience in a textile manufacturing preferred
• High School Diploma required

Qualifications

Commitment to achieving the highest level of production, quality and safety

Teamwork when preventing major breakdowns of production

Skills

Patrol, operate, repair and schedule preventive maintenance
