Job Duties
Mainly responsible for supporting Defect/Metrology tools; responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Create scan/measurement machine recipes and fix recipe issues as they occur (pattern rec, measurement location, profile).
- Act as 1st responder for out-of-control product and automation errors.
- Support Engineering requests for ad hoc measurement data.
- Suggest and help implement new best-known methods (BKM).
- Support new equipment qualification for both Defect-Metro Team and other process teams.
- Aid in the development/de-bugging of new technologies.
- Contribute to projects that drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and cost.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of statistics.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must, as this role will require in-depth cooperation with multiple functions and manufacturing sections.

Bonus Qualifications
- Self-disciplined and highly motivated.
- Experience handling multiple high priority projects and tasks.
- Knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques, especially within the Defect-Metrology Area.
- Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles and charts.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite applications like Excel, Outlook, and Word.

- Salary: The estimated base hourly range for the position is $25.00-$45.00. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
