Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of manufacturing processes
- Maintain process stability by monitoring process variables and equipment performance
- Assist with process troubleshooting and corrective actions
- Create, review, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Collaborate with engineers on new process and product improvements
- Support operator and quality technician training efforts
- Participate in continuous improvement and research initiatives focused on manufacturing capabilities
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- An associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Experience troubleshooting process-related issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, and work in a manufacturing environment
- Occasional evening, weekend, and up to 10% travel may be required

Schedule
