Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of manufacturing processes
  • Maintain process stability by monitoring process variables and equipment performance
  • Assist with process troubleshooting and corrective actions
  • Create, review, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
  • Collaborate with engineers on new process and product improvements
  • Support operator and quality technician training efforts
  • Participate in continuous improvement and research initiatives focused on manufacturing capabilities

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • An associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Experience troubleshooting process-related issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, and work in a manufacturing environment
  • Occasional evening, weekend, and up to 10% travel may be required

Qualifications

Schedule

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
