Process Technician

Responsibilities
- Work in one or more process module(s) and perform production processing activities that include photolithography, wet and dry etching, annealing, deposition, inspection and measurements, data recording and process logging.
- Operate and maintain process equipment that includes vacuum evaporation chambers, metallization, plasma chamber, dry etchers, photolithography tools, metrology tools and other processing equipment.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and perform preventative maintenance associated with production processes and processing equipment.
- Provide recommendations for new tooling and process control configurations to improve yield, cost, throughput, and cycle time.
- Follow all cleanroom protocol, safety procedures, and AS9100 quality standard.
Requirements
- Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Hands-on experience in performing semiconductor processing and operating semiconductor processing equipment.
- Ability to be a team player and collaborator with fellow technicians and engineers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and other process software.
- Exemplary business ethics and work routine cognizant of safe work practices.
- High school diploma with minimum three years of experience or associate degree with minimum one year experience in semiconductor fabrication.
- Training in cleanroom operation and laboratory practices, including ESD training for handling of sensitive semiconductor devices.
- U.S. citizenship due to access restrictions.

Schedule
Successful candidate will have the ability to work split shift or second shift.
