Process Technician

The Process Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in Rush City, MN. This role is responsible for maintaining the control of processes in injection molding, molding/tool changes, set-ups and start ups of molding. Additionally, the Process Technician is required to troubleshoot problems and correct parameters to maintain quality and efficient production. Schedule & CompensationPlastech Corporation pays on a weekly basis. This position is on a 6&3 rotating schedule which means you will work 6 days and have the next 3 days off in a row! Hours Available:• 1st Shift - 7:00am to 3:30pm - $27.00-$29.00 per hour DOQ.• 2nd Shift - 3:00pm to 11:30pm – $29.00-$31.00 per hour DOQ.• 3rd Shift - 11:00pm to 7:30am – $33.00-$35.00 per hour DOQ. ***External candidates receive a $5,000 BONUS after 90 days of employment (must meet performance and attendance requirements). Qualifications: Three to five years of related injection molding processing experience and/or training, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve equipment and process-related issues in injection molding operations.Experience with quality control practices, including visual inspection, use of measurement tools, and adherence to documented specifications and procedures.Knowledge of process engineering principles related to injection molding, including setup, optimization of parameters, cycle time reduction, and process documentation.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and production schedules; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Commitment to workplace safety, reliable attendance, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
