Process Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of capacitors through termination area includes operating equipment that adds termination on to the components followed by firing of paste through a specialized kiln.
- Conducts testing capacitors on various types of test equipment.
- Conducts physical measurements and inspections on capacitors.
- Maintain accurate records of processing information manually or in designated software.
- Supports the Development Team to troubleshoot processing or equipment issues.
- Performs preventative maintenance and/or repair on process equipment if applicable.
- Supports documentation for process areas such as procedure training, documents, and manufacturing instruction documents.
- Supports quality improvement activities where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma, Associates Degree in Technical field would be a plus.
- Experience in Manufacturing and/or Lab environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, & Teams.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical repair is a plus.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a team member where needed.
- Well organized and efficient at managing time.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Able to move materials of weight 1 to 10 lbs.
- Understanding of Health and Safety practices.
