Process Technician

Responsibilities

• Performs BL and pour head calibration along with hand gun and robot wax calibrations
• Maintain the log book
• Follow procedures for start up and shut down of equipment
• Follow daily operating procedures
• Perform mold temperature audits
• Make adjustments to mix head and transverse according to procedures
• Clean high pressure mix heads
• Perform output capability studies
• Complete polyol and TDI offloads
• Determine DMacs operation
• Adequately perform all requirements of the process technician role
• Disposition of scrap material and records information into computer daily
• Assess situations and make necessary decisions with management when problems surface
• Abide by all safety rules and policies and attend required safety training
• Perform job rotations with or without reasonable accommodations
• Report unsafe conditions or acts and assist in achieving safety goals
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Willingness to work 2nd shift (2:30pm - 11pm) plus overtime as needed
• 2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
