Process Technician - 2nd Shift M-F 3-11

About the role

As a Process Technician, you'll join our Manufacturing team in Chesterfield, MI. Your responsibilities include operating injection molding machines, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and programming various equipment. You'll also troubleshoot equipment, perform maintenance requests, and create labels and work orders. Additionally, you'll be responsible for transferring processes to match original master processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection molding machines (Arburg, Toshiba, Engel)
• Inspect and troubleshoot thermolaters, hot runner systems, material dryers, monitoring systems, end of arm tooling, bagging machines, and grinders
• Troubleshoot all equipment and perform maintenance requests with pertinent information
• Create labels and generate appropriate work orders
• Perform work order changes

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• 3 years experience with injection molding
• 2-shot molding experience
• RJG Scientific Molding certification - preferred
• Computer skills, specifically with performing inventory transactions
• Forklift certified or able to successfully complete forklift training

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, climb, etc. for 8 hours or more
