Requirements

• You must be able to attempt all cases (assigned to you) at a minimum every 72 hours.
• Able to make a Saturday attempt on all files assigned to you. No Sunday attempts.
• Submit the original civil warrant to the clerk's office and scan to ProVest the stamped copy within 72 hours of the service date.
• Fill out worksheets and scan them in on completed cases only within 24 hours of the service date (must have access to a scanner/scanner app).
• Utilized our Mobile apps to capture photos of addresses, place detailed attempt notes, and serve and non-serve cases in the mobile app.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance are required.
