Private Process Server

MS ProVest LLC is seeking a Private Process Server/Process server agency to handle civil process service in Madison County, MS. The ideal candidate must live or process serve within 45 miles of the mentioned counties.

ProVest LLC has been in business for over 30 years and is one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, with offices in 12 locations. The company focuses on meeting client, legal, and regulatory requirements while ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy in handling various types of documents, including foreclosure and collection proceedings, insurance litigation, and civil complaints.

This is a 1099 contract position, paid based on jobs completed weekly.

• Prior experience as a Private Investigator, process server, or law enforcement agent is preferred.
• Must be able to attempt all cases (assigned to you) at a minimum every 72 hours.
• Able to activate all cases within 24 hours of receiving the FedEx package or emailed documents.
• Able to make a weekend attempt on all files assigned to you.
• Utilize the Mobile apps to capture photos of addresses, place detailed attempt notes, and serve and non-serve cases in the mobile app.
• Must be able to service all counties listed above (best if you reside within one of the counties listed).
• Must have reliable transportation, driver's license, and insurance.
• Due diligence of up to 5 attempts before non-serving cases (Before 9 am, After 6 pm, weekend, between 9 am & 6 pm, another morning or evening).
• All cases must be resolved within a 10-20 day window (from the date received).
• Must sign and return an affidavit of services within 48 hours of service date (in some cases, originals will be needed).
