About the role

ProVest LLC – Civil Process Service ProVest LLC is seeking a Private Process Servers to provide reliable and professional civil process service in Lawrenceville, Illinois and Logan, Mason, Menard, Morgan, Richland, Clay, Wabash, Lawrence, Rock Island, Henry, Mercer, Henderson, Warren, Knox, Hancock, Fulton, McDonough, Brown, Cass, Pike, Scott and Schuyler Counties.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts: Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
• Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:
• Upload photo evidence of addresses
• Submit detailed attempt notes
• Record service or non-service outcomes

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Perc Card
• Valid driver’s license
• Active auto insurance
• Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
