Process Server

About the role

ProVest LLC is seeking an Independent Contractor Process Server to provide reliable and professional civil process service in Boone, Campbell, Kenton and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts: Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
• Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:
• Upload photo evidence of addresses
• Submit detailed attempt notes
• Record service or non-service outcomes

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Active auto insurance
• Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
