This position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met.

About the role

The Process Reliability Technician assists manufacturing, engineering, and quality departments. The Technician may assist manufacturing with process elements or process and quality engineers with the testing and gathering of data on various elements of the printed circuit board manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

  • Assure manufacturing process is running per procedure or conduct reliability tests
  • Monitor manufacturing process or perform failure analysis for reliability or quality
  • Take measurements for process control or gather measurement data for reliability
  • Re-write documentation to update new practices or write and prepare reports for reliability or quality
  • Maintain material movement spreadsheets and report results
  • Run tests through production process line or assist process engineer with evaluating results
  • Perform activities such as measuring product or performing tests
  • Follow all safety measures when handling chemicals
  • Comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC:
    • Identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents
    • Recognize Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation
    • Follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL)
    • Understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US
    • Manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong desire and willingness to learn
  • Familiar with PC applications, like Excel or web-based applications
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong math skills, especially statistics

Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $52,457 - $82,916.

Additional compensation may include an annual or quarterly company bonus based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shifts may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
