What You'll Do
- Set up and operate molding press equipment for production runs
- Change molds and adjust machine settings to meet production and quality requirements
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments to improve efficiency and product quality
- Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues to minimize downtime
- Verify product weights, dimensions, and specifications
- Audit and document machine settings and process parameters
- Clean and maintain molds and equipment
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the department
- Complete required production and process documentation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Molding, rubber, plastics, or related experience is a plus
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience is a plus (training provided)

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machinery, heat, noise, and production equipment
