Process Quality Manager

Position Summary

Lead shop-floor quality improvement efforts focused on nonconformance reduction, process control, metrology, and structured problem solving. Based on the intake discussion, candidates from manufacturing engineering or process engineering with strong quality experience are encouraged.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead investigation of production nonconformances and corrective actions.
• Drive process control and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support metrology strategy including CMM and inspection systems.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to improve quality performance.
• Champion root cause analysis and quality culture.

Ideal Background

• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or quality engineering.
• Hands-on machining or precision manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong GD&T, root cause analysis, FMEA, APQP and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting ISO/IATF/AS quality systems.
• Metrology/CMM experience preferred; metallurgy and ASQ certification are pluses.
