Process Operator

About the role

The Process Operator supports membrane processing operations by performing tasks such as cleaning, testing, and preparing membrane products. This role ensures that products meet quality standards and operates safely within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform membrane cleaning, testing, and preparation according to established procedures.
• Inspect membrane products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Prepare materials for shipment and transport to various Xylem branches and customer locations.
• Safely operate equipment and tools required for membrane processing and material handling.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and operational goals.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
