Process Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment within manufacturer’s specification using hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Follow all prescribed safety and environmental practices in order to prevent injuries, prevent incidents, and ensure compliance with all environmental regulations.
• Maintain (e.g., Preventative Maintenance), install, repair, and troubleshoot process equipment such as pumps and piping.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent plus at least one of the following:
  • Minimum 5 years of documented industrial maintenance experience in Mechanical maintenance.
  • Minimum 2 years of documented industrial maintenance experience plus one of the following: Associate degree, public or military technical training school, NCCER certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
