Process Lead- Decking Department All Crews

Essential Functions

• Regular and predictable attendance
• Work within Microsoft Office applications
• Operate plant machinery (forklifts) and online systems (RFS, JDE, etc.)
• Perform manual packaging tasks
• Operate equipment and systems
• Perform repetitive tasks

Physical Requirements

• Work 12 hour shifts, standing for extended periods of time
• Forklift certification, requiring proper vision, hearing, and motor skills
• Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment
• Lift and carry or otherwise move 50 pounds regularly
• Comply with PPE requirements at all times
• Position oneself to work in confined spaces
• Mov[e] safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
