EOL Lead- Decking Department- All Crews

Essential Functions

• Regular and predictable attendance
• Employee will be required to work within Microsoft Office applications
• Must be able to operate plant machinery (forklifts) and online systems (RFS, JDE, etc.)
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for a prolonged period
• Perform manual packaging tasks
• Operate equipment and systems
• Perform repetitive tasks

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Must be able to be forklift certified, requiring proper vision, hearing, and motor skills
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
• Bending, stooping, and reaching
• Able to work in varying temperatures and noise levels typical of a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 50 pounds regularly
• Able to work in hot environments and on concrete floors
