Key Responsibilities
- Review model-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against domain-specific quality rubrics, identifying gaps in accuracy, completeness, and professional rigor
- Audit SOP and process improvement artifacts for structural soundness, logical sequencing, and alignment with established operational frameworks
- Surface factual, methodological, and presentation-layer errors with clear, evidence-based written commentary
- Deliver structured evaluation feedback that directly informs model training and output quality improvement
- Maintain consistent scoring standards across varied document types and complexity levels
Core Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPR) and SOP development across complex operational environments
- Proven ability to critically evaluate business documentation for domain accuracy and professional quality
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Native or professional-level English fluency with strong written communication skills
- Capacity to work independently, manage self-directed workloads, and meet quality benchmarks without direct oversight
- Comfortable operating as an independent contractor with variable project scope and duration
Additional Strengths
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution in operations, business, engineering, or a related discipline
