Process Improvement Lead

About the role

This remote Process Improvement Lead will report to an Associate VP, Financial Planning and Analysis. The position is created specifically to assist with Humana's efforts to secure and, if awarded, transition into a new business opportunity. Continued employment in this role is expressly contingent upon Humana's receipt of the business opportunity and a satisfactory transition into the work; if Humana does not pursue the opportunity or determines that a timely and satisfactory transition cannot be achieved, employment may be subject to termination.

Responsibilities

• Help with the stand‑up and implementation of a new VA CCN Contract, establishing the operational framework, processes and controls necessary for execution of the contract.
• Partner across multiple teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance performance across claims and financial services
