Process Engineering Technician

About the role

Vishay Montevideo is seeking a Process Engineering Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform set-up and fixes of processing equipment, monitor and guide line operators, prepare test run records, and identify and address yield issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform set-up and fixes of processing equipment
• Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators
• Process test runs
• Prepare records, charts, and graphs of test results
• Absorb and address yield problems
• Prepare presentation material on test results

Requirements

• Positive attendance history and reliability
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Ability to work in a team environment with all avenues of the business

Schedule

Monday-Thursday 7a-4:30p, Friday 7a-11a

Qualification

This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
