- Improve throughput, yield, cycle time, and OEE using data analysis
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
- Troubleshoot process and equipment performance issues
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to reduce waste and variation
- Support capacity planning and identify production bottlenecks
- Participate in PSM activities (PHA, MOC, PSSR) and ensure compliance
- Auxiliary with capital projects, equipment selection, and startup
- Develop SOPs and train operators on process improvements
Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field, 3+ years in manufacturing, process improvement, or operations, experience with data analysis, SPC, or process optimization, demonstrated problem-solving using measurable outcomes, and work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred requirements include 5+ years in chemicals, polymers, adhesives, or related industries, experience in PSM-regulated environments (PHA, MOC, PSSR), Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification, familiarity with PLCs, DCS, SAP, or manufacturing systems.
Pay
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $80,000-$94,000.
