We need to separate sections. About the role: likely the introductory paragraph describing role: "Reporting to the Process Tech Manager at our East Hanover, NJ manufacturing facility, you will be onsite to provide technical and automation support within operations. This role is ideal for an Engineer or a related technical field with an understanding of production facilities, automation, and daily problem resolution." Responsibilities: bullet list of duties: Manage Internal Non-conformities..., Technical Process Improvement And Engineering..., Project Leadership And Support... Requirements: maybe "Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or science related degree 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with process/project work". Also "Prefer Manufacturing/Engineering technical background, including product industrialization, process engineering, complex machinery and material flow, installations and evaluation of equipment into a growth environment. Experience working with diverse workforce including technical teams, manufacturing groups, and leadership" Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements. But we can treat requirements as qualifications. However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We can combine. Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; but we could infer but we shouldn't invent. So skip Skills if not explicit. Benefits: "Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, Tuition Reimbursement, Family Leave, and a high matching 401k." Pay: "The established salary range for this position is $80k-90k. Annual Bonus." Schedule: Not mentioned. So skip. Also we might include About the company? Not required headings. Only those listed. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine with Qualifications), Benefits, Pay. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact statements? Probably we can keep them as is but format. Let's extract each piece. About the role paragraph: "Reporting to the Process Tech Manager at our East Hanover, NJ manufacturing facility, you will be onsite to provide technical and automation support within operations. This role is ideal for an Engineer or a related technical field with an understanding of production facilities, automation, and daily problem resolution." Responsibilities: we have three big bullet groups: 1. Manage Internal Non-conformities Lead investigations, perform root cause analysis, and lead corrective and preventive actions in partnership with cross-functional teams;Use statistic analysis and problem-solving tools to support investigation and action plan;Work with the shop floor to implement sustainable solution, using technical data, analytical skills, lab bench and shop floor expertise to provide higher performance 2. Technical Process Improvement And Engineering Define process and formula improvements to improve site performance (quality, cost reduction, yield, safety).Coordinate resources and partners to ensure change management and project acceptanceProvide site process engineering support. Identify, justify, provide scope, and process requirements for technical process improvement projects.Oversee startup of new equipment / processes 3. Project Leadership And Support Provide operations solutions for formula and process issues such as poor yield, chronic quality issues, excessive processing time, insufficient process controls, high product discard levels, formula, or process related safety issues.Provide solutions for the rework of out of specification product that requires technical intervention.Support site improvement projects such as product transfers, quality improvement projects, yield improvement projects, cost reduction, and capacity improvement projects. We need to split into list items. The original uses semicolons and periods. We'll create

  • for each major bullet. Requirements: "Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or science related degree 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with process/project work Prefer Manufacturing/Engineering technical background, including product industrialization, process engineering, complex machinery and material flow, installations and evaluation of equipment into a growth environment.Experience working with diverse workforce including technical teams, manufacturing groups, and leadership" We can split: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or science related degree; 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with process/project work; Prefer Manufacturing/Engineering technical background, including product industrialization, process engineering, complex machinery and material flow, installations and evaluation of equipment into a growth environment; Experience working with diverse workforce including technical teams, manufacturing groups, and leadership. Benefits: list: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, Tuition Reimbursement, Family Leave, and a high matching 401k. Pay: "The established salary range for this position is $80k-90k. Annual Bonus." We might also include note about compensation depending on qualifications etc. But that is more detail; we should preserve all substantive information. The posting includes: "Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications. Education and experience partly determine Job Title and Base Salary, with our compensation program guidelines determining them. Givaudan takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, qualifications/certifications and education, and internal equity." That's substantive about pay. Should we include? It's about compensation. Since we have Pay section, we can include that prose. Thus Pay section:

The established salary range for this position is $80k-90k. Annual Bonus. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications. Education and experience partly determine Job Title and Base Salary, with our compensation program guidelines determining them. Givaudan takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, qualifications/certifications and education, and internal equity.

Schedule: none. Now ensure we don't repeat job title heading. Not needed. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
