Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
- Conduct equipment and process audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
- Support continuous improvement projects through data analysis and process mapping
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in process engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with process control systems and automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
