Process Engineer (Fine Wire Applications)
About the role
Your Role As a Process Engineer (Fine Wire Applications) at Alleima Advanced Materials in Palm Coast, you will play a crucial role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining production processes for fine wire manufacturing. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include —Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for fine wire production, ensuring consistent product quality and process reliability. —Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. —Analyze process data and production performance to identify root causes of deviations and define corrective and preventive actions. —Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to introduce new materials, products, and technologies. —Establish and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process parameters, and control plans. —Support qualification and validation activities for new or modified equipment and processes. —Drive efficiency improvements by reducing scrap, improving yield, and optimizing resource utilization.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A solid understanding of metallurgical and mechanical principles, including wire drawing, annealing, and surface treatment processes.
- Experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or production support roles.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or production support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with data analysis tools and ERP/MES systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A hands-on, practical approach and a problem-solving mindset.
Skills
