Applications Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support sales: respond to customer requests for application assistance, assure product selection, and provide other customer required information as needed.
• Support RSMs in a Sales Engineering role.
• Learn and become proficient in presenting SumiMap software to potential customers and supporting customers in loading software.
• Provide product operation and training to support customers.
• Create and maintain Recommended Procedures documentation, including training videos, for new and existing products.
• Train installers on proper procedures and techniques.

Qualifications

• Proficient in all Microsoft products including Word, Excel & PowerPoint, drawing packages (AutoCAD, Visio, and/or Revit).
• Able to present to large groups at industry trade shows and to C level personnel and key decision makers at strategic accounts.
• Able to work as a Team member. Able to work independently.
• Ability to write and present white papers, case studies.
• Ability to demonstrate products at trade shows and customer locations.

Skills

• RCDD-preferred
• Other industry certifications-acceptable
