Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Avoids waste and reduces costs by analyzing and implementing process improvements.
• Maintains production efficiency by optimizing current processes and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develops and tests process upgrades and new systems, documenting results and best practices.
• Collaborates with production managers to assess and enhance existing processes.
• Creates and implements standardized operating instructions and process documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or aerospace engineering.
• 2-4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience as a process engineer.
• Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of process engineering software systems.
• Experience with CAD and AutoCAD.
• High-level analytical skills.
• Familiarity with state health and safety regulations.
