About The Role
Our Production Engineer role is an accelerated career launch pad for engineers seeking hands-on experience in manufacturing and chemical engineering. You’ll take on responsibility early, work across diverse processes and technologies, and collaborate with expert colleagues who provide mentorship. Through our structured Engineering Ladder development program, you’ll progress from Production Engineer to Staff Process Engineer, Senior Engineer, and beyond, with opportunities to lead projects and drive process improvements.
- Ensure products meet quality, cost, and efficiency requirements.
- Monitor daily production results and troubleshoot process issues.
- Design, develop, and implement continuous process improvements.
- Assist in developing corrective action plans and contribute to project design.
Requirements
- BSc in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of basic chemical unit operations.
- Relevant internships, placements, or work experience (useful but not required).
Pay
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $82,053.60 – $102,567.00, with bonus eligibility. Individual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and role alignment.
