Qualifications
- Work Experience: Entry Level to 2 years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Process/Industrial Engineering or other Engineering field
- Related Experience: Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and works well with or without supervision
- Good organizational skills and a methodical approach to work
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate testing instruments, tools, computers and various pieces of office equipment
- Detail oriented, able to read and interpret drawings, BOMs, options, shop details, etc.
- Must have a good attendance record and have a strong sense of personal responsibility
- Personal computer skills required
- Able to work safely
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Proficiency in data analysis and technical software (Excel, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Process Simulation software)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience developing, implementing, and sustaining new or improved manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, throughput, and cost performance
