Process Engineer
About the role
Develop and implement a Process Engineering strategy, including five-year capital planning and process optimization. Support integrity management of critical equipment and assist with maintenance and inspection plans. Collaborate with operations to troubleshoot issues, monitor KPIs, and identify process bottlenecks. Drive process safety reviews, manage changes, and support regulatory compliance efforts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance process flow diagrams and alarm management systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in process development, optimization, and safety management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret process data for long-term trend analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise effectively with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as EPA, OSHA, and TCEQ standards.
