Process Engineer

About the role

The Process Engineer develops process automation solutions using UiPath, identifies and facilitates process improvement activities to drive operational excellence in Safety, Quality, Training, and Productivity across the Enterprise. This role is instrumental in projects within Field Operations, Service Delivery, Billing Centers, Customer Call Centers, Shipping Warehouses, and Corporate Support functions, aiming to improve key performance indicators. The position is developmental, designed to enhance management and critical thinking skills for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows within and across departments to drive performance improvement and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Calculate ROI (return on investment) for prospective process changes.
• Discover, define, and execute against process improvement and continuous improvement project deliverables.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings between internal business owners and external vendors.
• Perform time and motion studies, cycle time analysis, and identify process waste.
• Develop and deliver training materials to support process changes and standardization.
• Work autonomously with business owners to automate processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Support business leaders with continuous analysis of business processes and quantifying opportunities.
• Support and foster a Process Improvement culture across the enterprise.
