About the role
Manage Engineering Technician(s) in the support cell. Ensure successful completion of assigned project phases within budgeted time and cost constraints. Assist in the design and modification of tooling / fixturing for new product introduction and process improvements. Prepare appropriate documentation, reports, and summaries to communicate project progress or results.

- Aid in the design and modification of tooling / fixturing for new product introduction and process improvements
- Prepare appropriate documentation, reports, and summaries to communicate project progress or results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, materials, or chemical engineering and more than four (4+) years of related experience, in thermal barrier coating operations or processes / equipment typically used in a coatings-manufacturing environment
- Or more than twelve (12+) years of related experience, equivalent combination education and experience will be considered
- Robotic (ABB and Fanuc) troubleshooting and programming experience desired but not required
- Self-starter able to manage projects with minimal supervision
- Personal computer proficiency, business administration know-how, and a working knowledge of quality control systems
- Capable of positively influencing those that do not report to this position in an effort to achieve the organization's goals
- LEAN / Six Sigma green belt or black belt preferred
Qualifications
