PROCESS ENGINEER

Job Title: Process Engineer Department: Management Classification: Exempt Tex Tech is a leader in the research, development, and manufacturing of advanced coating solutions and high-performance textile materials. We are seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our operations. What You'll Do Develop and implement programs that improve productivity, reduce cycle times, and minimize manufacturing losses. Analyze manufacturing performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance. Conduct process and product audits and support quality and compliance initiatives. Lead process improvement projects focused on safety, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Support new product development and coordinate manufacturing implementation activities. Collaborate with production leadership to troubleshoot operational issues and improve manufacturing performance. Assist with scheduling, raw material planning, and production support activities. Provide coaching, training, and technical guidance to manufacturing personnel. Support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. Experience in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and quality assurance. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with ERP systems and CMMS/EAM software preferred. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Work Environment Manufacturing environment with variable temperatures, moving equipment, and forklift traffic. Required use of PPE including safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, and respirators as needed. Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
