Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a high-speed manufacturing or continuous production environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automated production equipment, and machine reliability
- Experience performing root cause analysis and solving complex manufacturing problems
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to manage engineering projects and coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across production, maintenance, engineering, contractors, suppliers, and equipment manufacturers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and occasionally support operations outside of standard business hours when needed
Preferred qualifications
- Experience using AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software
- Supervisory, mentoring, or coaching experience
- Experience leading equipment upgrades or capital improvement projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with a self-directed, results-oriented work style
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing production priorities while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and operational performance
Salary: $80,000 - $111,000 per year
