Process Engineer

Location: Fremont, CA
Pay: $38-$43/hr

About the role

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes and production equipment. This role will be involved throughout various stages of the manufacturing process, including developing new processes and equipment, troubleshooting production issues, and optimizing existing equipment to improve efficiency, quality, and overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Research and support the development of new manufacturing equipment.
• Assist Process Technicians with troubleshooting equipment and process-related issues.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and document production/process data.
• Support the installation and implementation of new equipment.
• Prepare and present data and reports to management and customers.
• Continuously evaluate manufacturing equipment and processes to improve efficiency and maintain high quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline required.
• 2+ years of experience in production engineering, process engineering, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Proven hands-on process engineering experience.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CAD or AutoCAD.
• Experience with process simulations.
• Knowledge of process-related standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
