The Process Engineer position is located in Ashdown, Arkansas, United States. This is a full-time permanent role within the Fluff Pulp department.

Qualifications and working conditions

• A bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering field (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Paper Science, Industrial).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions.
• Must be able to prioritize and assign resources appropriately.

Skills

• A working knowledge of pulp, power, or paper area operations is preferred.
• An advanced knowledge of safety.
• Proficient user of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Competencies

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with a group as a team member and lead by example.
• Capacity to ensure employee accountability to all department requirements.
• Willingness to work shift schedule as required.
