Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 0–2 years of relevant laboratory experience (industry, academic, or internship)
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to follow written procedures, maintain accurate records, and work safely in a laboratory environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of liquid chromatography and capillary electrophoresis, with strong hands-on technical skills to address challenging technical issues
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret analytical results
• Excellent organizational and communication (oral and written) skills, with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn new technology quickly, multitask, and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Possess a positive attitude and strong self-motivation
