What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting new product onboarding, including feasibility, scalability, consistency, and verification activities
- Calculating, performing, verifying, and reviewing chemical product formulations
- Generating manufacturing batch records and translating customer requirements into technical manufacturing instructions
- Creating pilot, verification, and investigational batches
- Drafting, reviewing, and updating SOPs, work instructions, memos, Safety Data Sheets, and related documentation
- Aiding with investigations related to complaints, verification activities, or new procedures
- Coeordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors to support project timelines
- Supporting equipment calibration, qualification, validation, and preventative maintenance
- Reviewing existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement
- Training team members on new procedures, equipment usage, lab safety, and chemical safety
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
- 2–3+ years of experience in a GMP, ISO, manufacturing, or regulated laboratory environment
- Strong formulation and calculation skills
- Experience with batch records, SOPs, technical documentation, or manufacturing instructions
- Able to manage deadlines, multitask, and adjust priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
