Process Coordinator (Process Improvement Coordinator)

Job Description: Process Improvement Coordinator Location: Russellville, AR Pay: $20/hour Work Location: On-site Job Summary We are seeking a Process Improvement Coordinator to support a manufacturing facility's Continuous Improvement team. This role will focus on 5S, process improvement, documentation, and production floor organization. This is a great opportunity for a current student or recent graduate interested in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or supply chain. Responsibilities Review and update 5S maps based on current floor conditions, equipment, material flow, and area ownership.Identify 5S gaps and improvement opportunities with Operations and Continuous Improvement teams.Update visual controls, standard work, and 5S documentation.Coordinate 5S area ownership and bimonthly audit walks.Collect and analyze data and support CI projects, project tracking, and documentation.Prepare findings, action items, recommended improvements, and final project reporting.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and project management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.Interest or experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, or Continuous Improvement preferred.AutoCAD or facility layout experience is a plus. Work Environment Manufacturing environment requiring regular production-floor walking and observation.Must follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety requirements.Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
