About the role

This full-time remote Procedure Scheduler position is responsible for scheduling tests and procedures and answering the phone queue. You will collaborate with various CSMO departments to ensure efficient and effective workflow in the clinic while maintaining a Culture of Excellence with our patients, caregivers, and vendors.

Must be located within a 90-mile radius of Chattanooga, TN. No nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tests and procedures for patients
• Answer and manage the phone queue
• Coordinate with multiple CSMO departments to optimize clinic workflow
• Maintain high standards of patient, caregiver, and vendor interactions
