Procedural Scheduler - Surgery

Role: Surgery Procedural Scheduler Responsibilities: Perform clerical functions to maintain the operating room scheduling system, including data entry, updating patient and surgical information, and coordinating procedures. Verify schedules, resolve discrepancies, and add emergency cases. Generate and communicate daily OR schedules and assign staff accordingly. Regular contact with clinical and surgical staff is essential. Qualifications & Skills Clerical and computer experience (required)Scheduling experience (preferred)Medical setting familiarity and knowledge of medical terminology (preferred) Key Duties: Ensure accurate scheduling, manage updates, confirm equipment and room assignments, and liaise with staff to facilitate smooth surgical operations.
