Join Minimally Invasive Procedure Specialists as a Procedure Scheduler and play an important role in coordinating complex procedures that help keep operations running smoothly. This opportunity offers the chance to apply your surgery scheduling expertise in a position focused on managing hospital case procedures, in-clinic ablations, and office-based lab scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule hospital case procedures
• Schedule in-clinic ablations
• Assist with office-based lab procedure scheduling
• Manage complex surgical cases
• Ensure scheduling activities are organized and completed accurately
• Coordinate multiple procedure schedules while supporting the ongoing scheduling needs of the practice

Requirements

• Surgery scheduling experience (1+ year(s) of procedure scheduling experience preferred)
• Experience scheduling complex cases
