Responsibilities

• Physician patient schedules
• Monitoring of physician call schedule changes
• Cash management
• ACD (Automated Call Delivery) oversight
• Supports the training programs developed by the Site Operations Director/Reception Supervisor
• Supports the Site Operations Director/Reception Supervisor in all strategic goals developed to collaborate with the Business Office, Clinical Department and St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group

Requirements

2 years experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant, Billing, or Front Office Management certification from an accredited vocational school
