Responsibilities

• Comprehensively coordinates and manages the scheduling for ENT practices.
• Provide effective communication to patients regarding appointment, insurances, and co-pay collections.
• Supports other ENT practices as needed for coverage.
• Efficiently and timely manage all EPIC referral work queues for scheduling of incoming patient appointments.
• Collects co-pays.
• Helps monitor denials.
• Manages fax work queues.
• Other front desk duties as assigned.
• Some travel might be required to support Metro ENT clinics as needed.

Requirements

• Prior healthcare experience is preferred.
• Applicable Experience: 1 year.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8am -430pm or 730am - 4pm No Night, No weekends
